



From our wonderful manuscripts, we have four depictions of dragons to share with you. A dragon in our 17th-18th century manuscript copy of “The Book of Wonders of the Age” (ms32(o)). The dragon in our 1605 copy of Shahnameh, an epic poem written by the Persian poet Ferdowsi (ms28(o)). A dragon from the St Andrews Psalter (msBX2033.A00). Finally, a very cute, though stern, baby dragon which illustrates the 15th century Rouen Book of Hours (ms38938).
